AH-56
              Cheyenne

As a kid I was fascinated by the AH-56 Cheyenne, a revolutionary
attack helicopter Lockheed developed for the US Army.  Aurora
offered a plastic model of the Cheyenne, but even as a 9 year old I
was less than thrilled with the overall quality of Aurora models, so
I found something else to squander my money on.  Forty years
later I finally built my own radio control Cheyenne based on
hardware for the popular Align Trex 450.  This design was
published in the December, 2011 issue of Model Aviation, and I can
produce molded parts for those interested in taking on this
    challenging but very rewarding project.

The build is covered in a series of chapters describing each major
assembly stage.  By all means, let me know if you run into any
    questions.
